PAYMENT, SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS
All orders require payment prior to shipment. You will be contacted by telephone or e-mail requesting payment when your order nears completion. We expect payment to be received within 14 days from the date of notification. Expect your order to be shipped within the following 2 weeks after payment is received by us. If a further delay is anticipated, you will be notified by us.
Failure to respond within 14 days from the initial notice will require a second notice, thus Adding a $3.00 second notice charge. If payment is not received within 14 days following the second notice, the order may be canceled, and the shop will be assessed a 10% restock fee on all pending orders, plus the $3.00 notification charge. No future orders will be shipped to the shop until all past charges, plus the 2% per month penalty, which begins accruing 30 days after restocking of the order(s) in question, is/are paid in full.
Accounts in good standing will not be assessed Shipping and Handling charges if full payment is received when an order is placed. NO CODs. We may require prepayment on special orders at the time the order is placed. No special orders will be sent on approval. There is no minimum order. Sorry, no 30 day accounts.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
AN IMPORTANT NOTE
We have been overwhelmed by shops teaching classes of Petei canvases. If you plan on teaching a class, CONTACT US AT LEAST 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the desired date. If timely notification is not given, a $100 penalty may be added to all shipments required in less than 90 days.
If another shop has already scheduled a class of the same design(s), you will be asked to: (1) pick another design or (2) reschedule the class(es). We must have a firm commitment on the maximum quantity needed at least 60 days in advance of delivery. No penalty will be assessed if the quantity is reduced by up to 25% prior to shipment. Please respect our production limitations! If you desire the canvases on a specific date, we must receive payment at least one week prior to the shipping date. We make no guarantee of timely delivery without your timely payment!

Choose a date well in advance (2007 is almost booked!); contact us for confirmation. You may want to advertise your trunk show through your local media (newsletter, newspaper, etc.). NOTE: We reserve the right to request a check for $400 prior to shipment of the trunk show.
You may keep the canvases for up to 2 weeks. After the show, please remove all prices that you have attached to the canvases and return the unsold units to us via insured US Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc. You will be expected to insure the canvases for the amount indicated on the packing list enclosed with the original shipment, less the wholesale value of those canvases sold at your shop. Repack the canvases carefully, so they arrive back to us in the same condition they were sent. Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will invoice your shop for all canvases not returned, less the advance payment, if required. The cost of shipping the trunk show to you will be waived if payment of the estimated amount sold is included with the unsold canvases.
If you do not sell $400 or more at wholesale, we will also add a $50 service charge. If you feel your shop cannot sell this much, we prefer not to send a trunk show because of the expense and time involved. Trunk shows are to be paid within 14 days of the return of the unsold merchandise.
